Hamtracom Ltd is a wholly Ghanaian company. The RD100 programme is originated and led by its founders, supported by the technical and advisory coalition set out across this site.
Frank originated the RD100 programme and leads its strategy, its relationships with national and traditional authorities, and the coalition of partners carrying it toward delivery.
Abubakari is co-founder of Hamtracom Ltd, working alongside the Executive Director across the programme's development, from the feedstock and site work to community and stakeholder engagement.
The founders are supported by a professional advisory team, including legal, environmental and engineering counsel, engaged as the programme advances.
